Terms & Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree that:- My work is for personal/private use only, no commercial use or selling my art for profit of any kind.- I maintain all rights to my work, and am allowed to publish it online on my social medias, in my portfolio, or anywhere else, unless otherwise stated.- No edits, tracing, copying or any altercations to my work, including claiming it as your own.- No NFT’s or minting my work in any way.

Payment & Process Details

- I only accept payment through PayPal on my business account, and full payment will be given upfront.- Commissions are not first come first serve, and I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.- Refunds will be given out in percentages based on amount of work done already:
_{> Full refund before any work has begun;
> 70% refund at sketching phase;
> 40% refund at coloring phase,
> No refund at refinement/finished phase.}- I allow edits in the sketching phase and minor edits during the coloring phase. However, after sketching phase major edits will be charged extra depending on what they are.- Process will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, you may request WIPs or any updates on the piece during the process.- If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, full refund will be given accordingly.

Will do:

_{- OCs & fanart
- semi-nsfw
- simple backgrounds
- semi complex/complex character designs, ex. Genshin impact characters
- slight gore (blood, small wounds etc.)}

Won’t do:

_{- Real people
- full nsfw or nudity, and nsfw including minor or apparent minor characters
- any type of hateful content
- complex backgrounds
- mecha or furry characters (haven’t learned how to draw them yet sorry :P)
- hard gore}
